EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon acceptance

PARTIES: You ("Recipient") and Reject Worldwide / Reject Radio ("Discloser"), operated by the brand owner.

1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. All content accessed through this platform — including but not limited to: platform architecture, UI/UX design, audio engine technology, character designs, story concepts, brand IP, business models, roadmap, technical documentation, decentralized/Solana integration plans, and any proprietary systems — is confidential and proprietary to Discloser.

2. OBLIGATIONS. Recipient agrees to: (a) hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence, (b) not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent, (c) not use any Confidential Information for personal gain, competitive purposes, or to develop derivative works, (d) not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying code or architecture.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All IP rights — trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, character rights, brand assets, and proprietary technology — remain the sole and exclusive property of Discloser. No rights are granted by access, express or implied.

4. TERM. This agreement is binding from the moment of access and remains in effect indefinitely. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of access.

5. ENFORCEMENT. Unauthorized use, disclosure, or poaching of concepts, designs, or IP may result in legal action and pursuit of damages.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. By accepting below, Recipient confirms they have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
